my sister tried to facetime me from her iphone 4 and when we connected she could not see me. both of us had full wifi signals. everytime i try to facetime her it does not go through. she does not even get the indication that i'm trying to connect with her. i just got my iphone 4 two days ago...not sure what's going on.

Also check your Wi-Fi settings: Wi-Fi network troubleshooting
yes - turned it off an on again. wifi is fine. i tried two other people (one other iphone 4 one ipad 2) and they could hear me but only see frozen stills from my end. still having issues.
Sounds like a data streaming problem with your Wi-Fi. Do you have the latest firmware updates for your Wi-Fi hardware like router and computer network?
