Just bought a new ipod touch 64 gb and the video option when chosen while switching from camera mode, it switches to video mode but starts to flicker and does not open the screen to shoot video. Please Help. Anyone.

Try resetting the iPod.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
