kid unable to play a game continously as he identifies home key easily

My kid is 2yrs old, he easily identifies the home key or unknowningly presses it during game play.

This causes the game to minimize. Although he cannot bring the game back by double-clicking home key to bring task manager. (these are hard for him as he is young)

As a result, he enjoys opening up another game. Though he plays like this. It becomes all games are less attentive to him.

Note: He doesnt know the mute/screen lock orientation switch at side nor he could unknowningly press it during game play.

Does any of the iPad app utility, alter the home key function to side switch? or is this an RFE on any software update to be done?

Thanks,

Hi JimHdk/Apple Team,

I find option for switching between mute and screen-orientation lock.

Why there could not be a third option for home key?

The reason is: this becomes tedious for us to keep monitoring his game play often.

Perhaps this might have to be reconsidered in future as this retards his game playing skills.

He is excellent in many games now. I am very much satisfied with iPad apps > games but this small constraint causes him to lack game continuity.

Thanks, bye
