When I try to open any video or podcats in iTunes U, it closes itself without any error message
What can I do ?

I would suggest that you try syncing your iPad and updating your software (version 4.3.5 is the latest version). It's been my experience that updates resolve a number of odd behaviors with apps. Hope this helps. All the best...
