A Dynex wireless mouse with no Driver

There is this Dynex mouse that apparently has no observable System Preferences Bluetooth signal . Soon returning to dust gathering , but presently puzzling me with its "cloaked" state . Is this common , will a driver solution appear ? Steer Mouse did not help .

Does this simply require more than the actual mouse , using , I suppose , a USB dongle to communicate ?

Thanks !
