No! My Mac actually OS Panther and after re-installing my Mac i was up-date all and install all my software like Logic, Shake, Maya, 4d Cinema and did not have any problem about that software. Should I have to upgrade Lion ?

If so, your profile states that you're running OS 10.5.8 which is Leopard. Panter was OS 10.3. Tiger was 10.4.
In any event, FCS 2 should install and run fine on Snow Leopard. If you're having problems with the install discs and your system meets all of the minimum system requirements, you should contact Apple about receiving replacement discs.
