Nov 19, 2014 8:36 AM in response to davidiphoneby SultanH,Outlook categories are not supported by iPhone!!! (You can complain to apple. I have many times but it doesn't help)
You can group them in subfolders in outlook contacts. That is supported but It's not sufficient for me because it's only one dimensional. Meaning one contact can only be in one group.(one subfolder)

Dec 27, 2015 7:59 AM in response to SultanHby bherber,I had "groups" on my iphone until I upgraded to iTunes 12.3.2 ... Now the groups don't show up in the Contacts Sync List... Only the button for "All Contacts" is selectable. Is this another "useful feature" that Apple decided to get rid of? God forbid that the user should be able to configure things they way THEY want, instead of "only the way Apple wants."
