Printing on Multiple users on network trouble
Hello to the mac family,
This is a tuff question. We have several i-mac DV's runnung 9.2. This is a school shop. We run multiple users on each mac.
We have treid all the simple fixes such as rebuilds etc.
The problem arises when you are logged in as a student.
We work in Pagemaker 6.5......The student does a search using google.....click and hold on image.......copy....Then we paste into PageMaker. The image is on the sheet. We print to HP laser or Apple Select 360 or Epson C80.
The problem is that the picture doesn't print....just a blank space.....
If we are logged in as instructor...full access....the job prints fine.
This is on a Network using DHCP server.
I don't know all that much about networks.....The only other sympton that we see on occassion is when we try to open a previously saved document....we get an error message about "chunk lib"
This is getting very frustrating.....any ideas please offer.help ......mGb....Jim
