Closing fullscreen app (Mail) screen bug

When I have Mail opened I always use it in full screen mode. This works perfect with the swiping between spaces feature...... JUST HEAVENLY!!

However when Command-Q my Mail the space to the left will slide in front of the Mail screen (or the other way around) and before it closes I sort of see the text from the menu still on my screen moving to the left (or right) trhough the menubar that is above active space.

So one menu bar (from Mail) will move on top of another menu bar from a space with the Mail-menu-bar being transparent.

Am I the only one with this problem (wich is more of an annoyence) than a problem.....it just looks a bit wrong. (Microsoft-like even)

I had to clear system cache after Lion install to solve other problems so this has been done already.
