i got a brand new os x lion mac and a brand new windows 7 disk. how do i get it to work with a ntsf partition?>??

Launch the Bootcamp utility in the utilitys folder. Follow the setup instructions to partition and install Windows 7 on a second partition.
Also if you have questions about Boot Camp it's probably best to post them in the Boot Camp forum. That being said if you follow the instructions in Boot Camp Assistant you should not have any problems. The reason most people run into problems is they can't or won't follow directions.
