iTunes Error: 1013. Help Me!

i had problems with my iPhone so i went and hit restore in itunes. it promted me to restore and update to 4.3.5 from 4.3.3 but when it gets up to restoring the firmware onto my iPhone it stops and says Error 1013. After trying all the methods that apple give you to fix it, it still shows the message. I dont know what im doing wrong and im getting cut up about it. HELP ME!
