MacMini CPU Usage at 100% - but it isn't doing anything!

My CPU usage on my MacMini Server has been at 100% for the past 3 days (see picture hopefully). The problem is it isn't doing anything, it supports a lab of 32 clients and none of them are being used (we are a high school). Should I be worried?

I see you have "SMB" running ... SMB is a Windows file sharing app, do you need it? Go into the Server Admin "Settings" then "Services" pulldown menus, UN-select all the services that you don't use (Server Admin automatically starts some (eg SMB) running), then restart your computer. Massive CPU usage which shows up in the Actvity Monitor as PERL probably is SMB.
