can you combine two video formats on the time line?
Am using FCP 6. Have older clips--non HD and newer clips which were shot in HD. Can they be combined? Do settings need to be changed? Thanks.
Can you be specific? What type of HD? Meaning what specific codec, frame size, frame rate. For example, "ProRes 422 1080i 29.97." And what type of SD footage...or "non-HD" footage?
Most likely they can be combined, but the scaling of the non-HD footage might be soft, depending on what type of HD footage we are talking about.
