How do you mount a DSK image file in Mac OSX?

I recently restored a damage hard drive to another drive using the R-Studio program and "create an image. The restore was successful, but I cannot get the DSK file to mount (although R-Studio can read its contents).

Does anyone know how to mount a DSK file in Max OSX?

Thanks!

Matt

I have not worked with dmg files much lately. But, I think you will need to use Disk Utility for what you want to do. I am not sure that a .DSK file can be used by Disk Utility. In this regard, I am not familiar with the .DSK file type. Perhaps Tony T1's suggestion will help. Read up, via search, on how to use Disk Utility with image files. I used to be half decent on Disk Utility/image files, but it has been too long for me to give reliable info on this topic without spending much more time than I have available.
