failed to load library itunesmobiledevice.dll - 0x7F

I am getting an error of "Failed to load library itunesmobiledvice.dll - 0x7F (The specified procedure could not be found) using iTunes 10.4.0.80.

I am running windows 7 32bit. Any ideas?
