solution 1) creating a new account and using system through it seems to work for my MacBook

another thread i found helpful for many is

but the main problem with this trick is

i am utterly illiterate in using TERMINAL and its commands

can any one please help explain step by step process of using this command

i.e when to hit "enter/return " after writting first line and second line each individually or write the whole command in one go and hit "enter/return"

and what to expect the end result on TERMINAL window before closing it to perform the ReStart of system.

the above terminal command doesnt work for me...

i even deleted the preference and preferencepanes folder from lIBRARY

still no luck...

while the other user account works perfectly

the main admin account seems to be caught by irreversible bug....

it would be really helpful if someone

guide me to migrate all my data from

my admin account to other account so that i can delete the admin account and make the other account as new-admin on my computer

@berniegrace.... if u can perform the terminal command and find the solution... help me run it properly too....

or if u dont mind or get irritated .... open a new user account and work from it.... hope any one of the idea help u...
