Yes, you can re-download Lion by returning to the App Store on a computer running Snow Leopard or by using the Lion Recovery HD - OS X Lion- About Lion Recovery. You can also make a copy of the Lion installer application after you have downloaded it. Just quit the installer instead of installing Lion. Go to the Applications folder and make a copy of the installer. Save it in your Downloads folder. Now you can restart the installer and complete the Lion installation.

You can then make a bootable Lion installer - Burning A Lion Boot Disc.

Yes, you can re-download it from the MAS. Open the MAS, then holding down Option click the Purchases icon. The "installed" button will turn into an "install" button and this will allow you to download it again.

Once you have done so you can copy the installer off to an external HDD for storage as well as make a bootable DVD or USB flash drive.

After download and BEFORE installation, the installer will be in your Applications folder. It self destructs after the install. So, if you have it installed already, download it again and then go to your applications folder to find it.

Yes! but what if the internet connection is lost during the re-download of os x lion.

That's why you go ahead and re-download it now, according to Kappy's directions. Then use the installer to burn a bootable Lion install disk (or better, IMHO, make a bootable USB flash drive, using an 8 GB flash drive).

And can u just inform me that when is applew releasing the s x lion Bootable DVD.

As far as anyone here knows, they won't be. They have only released a bootable USB flash drive, and have not said anything about providing a DVD. Personally, I think they're moving away from optical media.

i have macbook pro but now i do not understand that why it's not charging while its charging adapter light sometimes turn on and off.

Try resetting the SMC. It's unlikely that a problem like that would be fixed by reinstalling the OS.
