Does anyone know how to contact a moderator of these communities? I would like to ask a question of him/her, but cannot find a way to do so.

You can ask a question of a Communities Host by posting your question here in this forum. If you have a question that cannot be addressed publicly, you can request a Host contact you via email. Please note that a Host will not be able to answer any question regarding any future Apple product nor in most cases any issue involving Apple policies other than those for the Communities themselves.

Regards.

Without wishing to threadjack, I wonder whether Dave or Kappy might be able to bring me to the attention of the hosts as I am not getting any feedback going through the normal channels.

I have also been adding my name to this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3005151?start=45&tstart=0

(I've joined it on page 4) but it doesn't seem to have caught anyone's eye. I am keen not to lose the points/credits I have acrued over the years and have to start again.

Again, apologies if I'm out of line, I don't intend to be - just anxious to get my problem sorted.

Thanks one and all for any help you can offer, Paul_31 (the identity I can't get in on 😟 )

Hello Dave,

Thanks for the reply. Funnily enough, about an hour after I posted the above I did actually recieve a response from the Community Hosts offering to help me out and they gave me a case number. I responded to that on Saturday but as yet haven't heard back and been let back in.

So, for the moment, I'll be patient and hope it gets sorted soon.

Regards, Paul
