Does anyone know how to contact a moderator of these communities? I would like to ask a question of him/her, but cannot find a way to do so.

You can ask a question of a Communities Host by posting your question here in this forum. If you have a question that cannot be addressed publicly, you can request a Host contact you via email. Please note that a Host will not be able to answer any question regarding any future Apple product nor in most cases any issue involving Apple policies other than those for the Communities themselves.
Regards.

No, we have no direct contact with moderators. Perhaps you would post what that question is, and I can pass it on through the Lounge; and, see if a moderator can address your query.
Thank you Dave and Kappy. It is a question which I would prefer to not discuss in this open forum. I will try to get a host via e-mail. Thanks again.🙂
I've reported your request and asked that a Host contact you.
Regards.
Thank you Dave. You are most kind. I greatly appreciate that.
Without wishing to threadjack, I wonder whether Dave or Kappy might be able to bring me to the attention of the hosts as I am not getting any feedback going through the normal channels.
I have also been adding my name to this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3005151?start=45&tstart=0
(I've joined it on page 4) but it doesn't seem to have caught anyone's eye. I am keen not to lose the points/credits I have acrued over the years and have to start again.
Again, apologies if I'm out of line, I don't intend to be - just anxious to get my problem sorted.
Thanks one and all for any help you can offer, Paul_31 (the identity I can't get in on 😟 )
Hello, Paul,
Your issue will be more likly to get the attention of a Host if you start a new thread explaining your issue. Posting in someone else's thread, particularly one that's up to four pages, usually won't be effective since the Hosts don't have the time to read every post in every thread.
Regards.
Hello Dave,
Thanks for the reply. Funnily enough, about an hour after I posted the above I did actually recieve a response from the Community Hosts offering to help me out and they gave me a case number. I responded to that on Saturday but as yet haven't heard back and been let back in.
So, for the moment, I'll be patient and hope it gets sorted soon.
Regards, Paul
Glad they were able to spot your post; often they can't.
Good luck.
I guess I will try a new post as well, as I have not had much luck getting my sign-in problems (my Apple ID doesn't work here, even though it works everywhere else) addressed.
