.msi appear to be Windows Installer files.
You need to install Windows to install and run such files.

When I searched the App Store for something that would open it, the suggestion was Entropy?
It's a Windows file. There's a slight chance you might be able to open it with a Windows emulator such as Wineskin or Crossover Mac.
What is it you are so determined to open ?? maybe there is a better way to proceed.
