Do I have to have the same I.D. and password for Apple, Itunes and mobile me? I changed my Apple I.D. and password to be on this site and now I can't buy on itunes and had to change my mobile me to get mail.

If you use a different Apple ID, you're considered to be a different person so the previous stuff you bought with your original Apple ID and the MobileMe email won't be available.

Stupidity ! I won't do that again.
Not stupid. Just unfamaliarity. We all suffer from that all the time with something new.
Unfortunately, there's a very serious problem with Apple I.D. passwords. I have quite a few app updates waiting on my OS X 10.8.3, but I cannot install them because of problems (even though I memorized my latest password and have it stored in Password Gorilla for verification).
Please don't respond to a thread over a year old; and not if it's marked as solved.
