I know it was common with itunes 9.0.3 but i have itunes 10.4... Please help!

Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than Network connectivity tests, as per the following screenshot:
... and click "Next".
When you get through to the final screen:
... click the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the diagnostics into a reply here.
I just restarted my laptop and reconnected my internet server and that got rid of the error
Hi - I have the same issue. Has been on for a few weeks. Wants me to restore my iphone and ipad, everytime I connect. Here is a clipboard of the diagnostice. Thanks for your help.
