iPhone 4 not getting any signal!

Hi

I have an iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.5

It's not getting any signal, it just shows _ _ _ _ next to the O2-UK sign. I can't make calls, it just says call failed immediatley. No texts either.

The 3G works fine, so something's working in there.

I've tried hard resetting, erasing the network details, removing the sim... Nothing works, please help!

The phone is still in warrenty, but I do not have the proof of purchase. Will I be able to have it serviced?

Hi

My friend had a similar issue after a few attempts of restoring the iPhone still didn't work.

She took it back to apple and they were able to look at it. She had other problems with the phone which resulted in her receiving a new replacement one however. You don't need proof of purchase as apple checks their iDevices through their IMEI tracking numbers.

Thanks very much!! I'm going near a Apple store next week (There isn't any in my local area) so I'll set up a meeting as it seems that's the only solution!
