No. M$ Office is written for either Winders or OS X and not iOS, which is the operating system on your iPad.

No. MS does not make Office for the iOS. You would need to use one of the 3rd party iOS apps intended for Office files on the iOS. One is Documents to Go.

No. But you can use Pages an iOs App designed for iPhone or iPad or Documents To Go, as Dah.veed suggested.
