Red static on my 30 inch Cinema Display

I've got this weird red static buzz in certain portions of my screen. It is only visible in the dark areas of my screen. For instance I can only see it when my screen has black up basically. The static is moving ... like red lines running across the screen. I have my 30 inch connected to a 2008 8-core Mac Pro, Graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 5770. Anyone have this issue? Anyone have ideas how to resolve?
