My Macbook Pro keeps reverting to hibernate mode 3

I used the terminal command sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0 and deleted my sleep image.

After a couple of weeks I noticed that my MBP 13 inch (early 2011) had gone back to mode 3 (the default).

This keeps happening.

Anyone know why?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
