My phone doesnt ring when im getting a call and wont let calls or txt go thru.

Are you here asking for support or just letting all of us users here know that your phone doesn't ring?
If you are asking a question, what have you done to troubleshoot your issue?
im aasing, ive restarted and restored it, they even gave me a new sim card but still isnt working
Restored from backup or as new?
Where did you get the phone and what network are you on? Was it working previously and suddenly stopped, or is this a new phone?
At first blush it certainly sounds like a provisioning problem on your account, but it could be any number of things from carrier side problems to physical problems with the phone, to software problems that could be caused by attempts to hack or jailbreak the phone.
We need more information.
I just had the same problem after downloading the 7.03 version of the IOS. After talking to Sprint they told me to type the following as if I were calling a phone: ##25327# this is the reset code and it worked perfectly. I shut my phone down restarted it and it is working perfectly....
Hope this helps the IPhone 4s 8g owners who have had the same problem. I don't know if this phone works on all IPhones. Sprint customer service was wonderful....
