I paired my Ipad to my blackberry torch, but it says phone to far away..help! I want to use my phone data plan for my ipad

I can not seem to get the internet on my ipad 2 (with wifi) via bluetooth with my blackberry torch. Help? It keeps saying the pairing is completed but then when I try to connect it says the phone is to far away, even if they are right beside each other.

You cant get there from here. The blue tooth in the pad is for headphones, speakers and keyboards, not internet. In short, if you want to go that way, you need to go outside the box.

The better solution is to watch the blackberry forums. Sooner or later they will find a way to turn that device into a wifi hotspot, that the pad will be able to use. Either way, your carrier, at least here in the US of A is going to surcharge your data plan if you tether.
