well , This subject is for those who faced the problem i had

u push on App Store at ur itunes programme , u find it loading then cabooom , a blank page and u cant surf the app store !!

here is the solve

i found it on the discussions but almost everyone couldnt read it cuz thre r bunches of discussions about that issue and just one reply at one discussion only that gives the solution , so i made a whole subject for it

u will have to do these steps

1- Download itunes 10.4.0.80 (the latest version of itunes)

2- while downloading it , Uninstall the old version of itunes u have

3- Uninstall Quicktime also

4- Uninstall Apple software update

5- Uninstall Apple mobile device support

6- Uninstall Bonjour

7- Uninstall Apple application support

u should uninstall ALL OF THESE PROGRAMMES out from ur PC before u install the new itunes 10.4

Now after u uninstall all of these ,

Install the itunes 10.4.0.80

and Enjoy the App store

( Silly Owls , Birzzle , Casey's contraption ) <--- join me , these r my favourite Games , Fun and nice ;P

with my best wishes , i truelly suffered till i fixed this problem , but at last it is not the App-store's problem , it is just , when u Uninstall iTunes , u should un install other stuffs that were installed together with it in the 1st time -_-

Thanks and all for the post regarding a solution to the problem. I just wanted to say that I am surprised how many people just seem to accept that it's okay to have to uninstall everything and then install an update. That would be an hour or two's work - and sometimes leads to problems accessing your own music/apps etc. I would expect/hope for an official comment from Apple and "the line of easiest fix" - i.e. the least work/risk for me for a good result. I will try what Dru419 suggests above as it sounds much easier - and why the heck should I spend an hour and half of my time fixing an Apple problem - if I can't bill for it.

I hope I've not violated any T&Cs by being somewhat negative here - I presume it's REASONABLY free speech friendly...

All sounds reasonable to me. Of course now there is a new build out installing that is the easiest fix. Apple however tend not to publicly acknowledge problems or give any idea how long it might take for their fix to come out, so a workaround was the only solution for those who didn't want to wait.

As it goes I can't recall which order I did things in but I've upgraded to the latest builds of everything via Apple Software Updater, in particular iTunes 10.4.1.10 and Safari 5.1 are installed. Apple Application Support is at 2.0.1, the iTunes store is behaving as it should, and the paste-as-blank-artwork issue has been fixed. All good, until we work out what else got broken in the meantime.

Kahlid's fix did it for me!

I know that it's Apple's policy - not acknowledging problems and fixing them (eventually) without telling us - but it's frustrating that Apple Support have had me checking and changing things before I found this fix. They must know of this workaround -  but choose not to tell us!

Interesting that Apple failed to reply to my last email (this was before I found this fix) when I told them that I'd tried their last idea - without luck.

Today, though, they sent me an email asking me about my experience with the support!!! They won't like my response!

If people want to rip off a solution, next time, please give credit to the actual person that posted it.

As far as this solution goes, you don't need to uninstall the whole thing.  The problem is Apple Application Support.  The problem with the existing version of itunes is that it doesn't work with Apple Application Support 2.0.  If you go to update Quicktime or Safari on a windows PC which contain this updated version, the store in itunes won't load.

If you don't have Safari, you can get quicktime and itunes to function normally by Uninstalling Apple Application support and reinstalling the version that is included with itunes.

Please see my thread that I've responded to here https://discussions.apple.com/message/16202951#16202951

as I've uploaded just the installer that allows you to install just Apple Application Support after you have removed it.
