Two Force Quits,Two Restarts,Thow Shut Downs and Two Log Outs's.

I have a G4 with 10.4.11 I don't know what I did,but under the Apple icon I now have two Force Quit,two Restart,two Shut Down and two Log Outs.Any icon I click on has a black line around it.Anything I click on has a black line around it.Nothing has been duplicated.When I use the seconf Restart,or Shutydown or Log Out,it does not ask first,it just happens and the computer comes right back on again.The first Force Quit,Restart,Shutdown and Log Out has three dots after it.The second of each does not.What did I do and how can I fix it.
