Why can't I see the iTunes menu bar?

I recently installed the latest verson of iTunes but I am having none of the problems that people have been reporting with it. However for some reason no matter what I do when I open iTunes I can't see the menu bar (where it says File, View, Help, etc.) and this is bothering me like crazy because it has been doing this even before I upgraded and nothing I've found online has been able to help and I was hoping that this new update would fix it but obviously this is not the case. I cans see part of the play button, rewind and fast forward buttons, and I can only partiall see what song is playing.

Please someone help.

I'd like to have a closer look at that display problem, please.

Launch iTunes. With the display issue showing on the screen, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.

Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply.

I have a similar issue, after an update the language was changed from English (arabic?) I tried to change the country. It was already US. That didn't help. I tried to change the language by counting down to US English which I think is 10th from the top. That didn't work. The latest update didn't help. Any thoughts?
