On my Mac Pro, ever since the Lion upgrade, the computer boots to Mission Control instead of the desktop, so it takes another click to reach the desktop. Actually, it boots to the desktop for a brief moment, then goes to Mission Control without any action on my part. Lion is not doing this on my laptop. I wonder if anybody else is seeing this bug, and if there is a fix.

The 10.7.2 update did not fix this. And naturally, I'm the only one seeing this error:(
The 10.7.3 update also did not fix this, and by now, it definitely appears that I am the only one seeing this error.
Did you make sure Mission Control didn't accidently get added to your Login Items (Users & Groups preference pane)?
Have you done things like Repair Permissions, Repair Disk and Reset PRAM?
