iTunes not fully functional on my iPad 2

I just bought an ipad2. At the bottom of the screen there should be 8 icons. But my iTunes shows only 3- podcasts, iTunes u, and downloads.

I'm not able to see music, movies and other remaining icons. How can I get all 8 icons..?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3

Not all content types are available in all countries, which may be due to licensing (Apple can sell what the distributors/copyright holders allow them to sell) or in some cases what the country's laws/regulations permit. As you don't say what country you are in I can't check, but the content types that are available in each country are listed on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599
