How to reduce photo size

I want to share photos from iPad2 with Facebook but need to reduce size first. I use PhotMgrPro which works, but my camera images are 3mb and it takes too long. Any suggestions? Come on Apple, let's get serious with this photo management and social networking inadequacy!

Any reasonable image processing program should do this. I eventually found a site for Photo Manager Pro, but am put off by their inability to spell "Photo Manger [sic] Pro".

Resizing your images has nothing to do with Apple. They are neither in the photo management nor the social networking business.
