Itunes freezes when sync. music 10.4.1 ipod 4th gen

Hello people for the past month i have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my ipod

setup

IPOD TOUCH 4TH GEN

HP PAVILLION DV7 64BIT windows 7

ITUNES 10.4.1 (10.4.0 ) BOTH VERSION FREEZE

Itunes keep freezing on me when i try to sync music into my ipod it give me these errors

the ipod cannot be synced an internal error occurred

the ipod cannot be synced the required file could not be found

or sometimes just completely shuts down i have tried re installing itunes completely and still doesnt seem to do the job

One thing i did notice when i copy a song into the device WITHOUT a ARTIST NAME it syncs fine.But when i sync a song with full details(name artist not being blank) the syncs freezes,any ideas or tips would really be helpful.
