iPhone 4 won't sync with new computer

When I connect my iPhone 4 to my computer, music, movies, and apps don't sync to the phone from the computer. I just switched computers and this was the first sync with the new computer. I've tried syncing with this computer multiple times, but the only things still on the phone are contacts, apps from before the switch, and music I've bought within the past few days on the device. I was using a Mac OS X Snow Leopard (pretty sure) and the new computer is a Mac OS X Lion.

Mac, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Are both your iTunes library on the computer and the iTunes account on your phone signed in to the same Apple ID?

Yeah I was able tro transfer everything with home share. The computer is authorized for my iTunes account, too.

Is the setting for "Sync with iPhone" under the music tab, movies tab, so on checked?

Yeah on the sync screen it says that the items I want are on there but they don't sync onto the phone. Also the syncing goes way too fast to be loading lots of music and multiple movies.

Also, under the iPhone icon, there are no playlists, no movies, no tv shows, and the only music is the music I bought recently on the iPhone itself. However, the sync screen still says I have 10-ish GB of stuff on it.
