Maybe anyone know.. I have a lot of empty folders in library of my Aperture and just can't delete them. If I try to delete them, the Aperture just clings... What's wrong here?

Contextural menu - Control click and select delete or Command-delete (backspace) on the keyboard.
It doesn't work. The program just doesn't work further after that. 😐
Backup your Library and then run "Repair Database" as detailed on this KB page.
