iPhone 4 will not send picture messages

My IPhone 4 will not let me send picture message to anyone. It takes like five minutes, then says "Message failed". This phone is not old at all, so I don't know what happened to it.

iPhone 4, iOS 4, Says "message failed"

It is likely that your account is not provisioned for MMS. Or the messages exceed the size limit imposed by your carrier.
