I bought my iphone from Singapore. Am currently residing in Malaysia. how do i claim warranty?

Don't blame Apple, in Malaysia, all warranty & support for the iPhone is handled by the three official carriers & they absolutely refuse to handle any warranty or support claims for any iPhones other than phones purchased from them. Nothing Apple can do about this, hence the warranty & support terms that spell this out.

The warranty terms state, quite clearly, that Apple "may" restrict the iPhone warranty & support to the country of original purchase. Since you purchased your phone in Singapore, if you are being denied warranty & support in Malaysia, you have no choice but to return the phone to Singapore for all warranty & support. Once fixed or replaced, it will only be returned to an address in Singapore.

if its under apple warranty call applle only for faulty handset,not damage h/s, if its damage,lost, stolen call your insurance company
