Error -2048 QT / Win XP PRo

Hello,

I have been trying to get a .MOV file to play which a client has sent me showing a fault.

Error 2048: Couldn't open the file xxx.MOV because it is not a file Quick time understands.

How can I play this file? Other QT files play. Where can I find a WINDOWS Plug in?
