Gracenote not working
I use Window 7. Am using Itunes 10
Abruptly, Gracenote stopped working. ITunes diagnostics says that there is no Internet connection, but obviously there is: 1) I am on this forum right now, 2) I can access ITunes store and download upgrades to apps and purchase new apps. So, obviusly, the problem is strictly with the Gracenot function of Itunes.
I have disabled my wireless rounter and connected my PC directly to the internet. No good.
I have uninstalled my virus protection software (McAfee). No good.
Any idea what is causing this problem?
