Missing bluetooth pan interface in network preferences in Mac OS X Lion 10.7

Just got my Mac OS X Lion 10.7 upgrade, was pretty excited, but...

When I go to my network preferences, and attempt to add an additional interface, I cannot see bluetooth pan as an option for the interface. I had this problem prior to upgrading to mac os Lion but thought the upgrade would fix it (guess not...) 😟.

I have read something about deleting .plist files from other posts but it just doesn't quite apply anymore.

Really dying to tether via bluetooth...

Any advice would be much appreciated... Thanks.
