Sharing subfolders

I have two folders in the "Groups" shared folder called "workgroup" and "direction". When connected remotely, I can add new files to these parents folders, but not to the subfolders that are in them. I can't move anything from or to the subfolders. I can't create a new subfolder either. I can't change anything that's inside the subfolders really. I always get the message that I don't have the authorizations to do that.

It seems as if the authorizations given to the parent folder do not transmit to the subfolders. How do I change this?
