Why is my Macbook Pro not recognizing my iPod?
My iPod that I have had since 2005 has worked fine untill I plugged it in my computer tonight. It is stuck on the "do not disconnect" screen and it is saying it is "locked" as well according to the icon in the upper left corner. I have tried the reset from the troubleshooting and it won't work. I have the newest updates for iTunes and operating system. There is also no "lightning bolt" where the battery should be. Please help. Thanks
