I want to buy some songs from Shawn Desman, but they are only found in Canadian itunes. When I hit purchase it says that I cant buy them because my ipod is registered in USA...any suggestions or way I can purchase them????

If those tracks are only available in the Canadian iTunes Store, it's because Apple has not been able to obtain the rights to sell them in other countries. By demand of the various content owners, you cannot purchase from another country's iTunes, store, so as RG suggested, you'll need to try another reseller. Amazon has a few tracks from him in their download store, but only a handful, so it's quite possible that you'll need to look for an import copy of his CDs.
