Connect your iPad to your computer.

Select the iPad under Devices left side of the iTunes window.

Select the Apps tab from the menu.

Now drag and drop apps from one screen to another as you like then click Apply bottom right corner of the iTunes window.

Press and hold any of the apps and after a couple of seconds or so they should start to shake. Then drag an app (not too quickly) so that it overhangs the edge of the screen - after a couple of seconds the display should change to the previous/next screen (depending on which edge you are holding it). You can then place the app where you want it (you can't leave gaps between apps on a page). Press the home button when you've finished moving them so as to stop the shaking.

You can also re-arrange your apps via mock-ups of the screen on the apps tab when connected to your computer's iTunes
