cannot open a start.command file.

Hi, i was trying to make a minecraft server so i created the start.command file like it says to do and whenever i try to run the file i get a message saying that i cant. i am the administrator and have read & write access privileges too. it still wont open.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.1)

I think you're making a big mistake here, but to set the executable bit, launch the Terminal application, enter "chmod u+x " (without the quotes, but with the trailing space), then drag the file into the window and press return.


Back up all data before running the command file. If it doesn't work or wrecks your system, please ask the person who distributed it for help.
