Is it possible to duplicate sections of an iMovie 11 project?

I am editing a dance recital video with 20+ chapters. Each chapter is introduced with a title frame that includes the name of the song and the dance instructor. Right now, the only thing I can do is copy and paste the first transition, insert the title frame, edit the text and font size, paste the second transition and then go on to the next. Obviously a very redundant and time consuming process.

So why can't I copy and paste that little section with the transitions and title frame all ready to go? At this point, I did duplicate an entire project from another dance recital, and just replaced the clips as I went along, but that recital was shorter, and now I need to add another 10 songs or so.

Any suggestions?
