This does NOT work. Why they make it difficullt? Now I have useless folders I cannot rename or delete in my favorite folders. I had to recreate new folders with correct names but now I cannot get rid of the wrong ones. Mac is suppose to be easy to use but obviously there are some that is thought of very well by the engineers.

Well, I think I found a decent solution to renaming any folder. Any! So click on the folder and go to the top where the flower looking thing is and click on it. You'll get an option at the top for a New Folder. Click on that. Just rename this new folder and copy all your files from the folder that has the name you don't want, put into the new folder and then get rid of the old folder. Perfect. When there's a will there's a way. I was pretty determined.
