Recovering a bunch of photos (from iphoto) through time machine

Long story short, my hard drive died and apple was able to recover some of my pictures.

Problem was when I imported my photos there was 5 or 6 duplicates of each photo so I downloaded a software that would delete the duplicates.

When looking through my album I noticed that some of the pictures are not the original images and they are low res & blurry. How would I be able to select multiple pictures from Iphoto in Time Machine to restore the original pictures??
