I have IMac and Belkin router asking me for permission to access confidential information in keychain

I have Belkin router installed on my IMac and I am getting a pop up message when loggin into Mac that says:

Belkin Router wants to use confidential information stored in Airport Access in your keychain and it gives you options to:

Always Allow

Deny

Allow

I had two different answers by Apple techs. A first level tech tells me not to allow and then the Senior Tech says ok to allow, so I went with Senior tech's advice, but I am reading on posts that I should not allow?

Can anyone tell me which one is correct as I see posts on this forum that states to NOT ALLOW?

Appreciate any replies.

Thank you

Mac OS X (10.6.8)
